The lounge area seats up to 4 adults comfortably, has a flat screen smart TV with internet connection.
Doors leading to a patio area with table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunchtime snack an evening meal or just chill out with a glass of your favourite wine. It is a shared garden area with one other person, who has their own patio area and is very quiet and has no pets.

Cancellations
We strongly recommend that you always have travel insurance for any holiday or trip.
A Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in
Security/Damage Deposit
A security damage deposit of £300 is required and will be ring fenced on your card but not charged unless there is need to
