Covid-19 Update
How we are are helping the fight against the pandemic.
As with many establishments, we have a very specific policy regarding how we have adapted our activities to the Covid 19 pandemic.
Important – Until further notice, you must ensure that your reservation meets current government guidelines with regard to family & social bubbles, and travel restrictions.
We have put the following into practice, and of course depending on future guidelines being issued some fine tuning many need to be made.
Your safety and health as well as ours is the top priority.
We will not be taking back to back bookings, there will instead be a minimum of 48 hours between departures and new arrivals and during that time property will be thouroughy aired for at least 3 hours.
As before Covid-19, the non smoking, no pets and no children policy still remains in place for the property.
Our present cleaning regime is already very thorough, and where we feel it is necessary we will enhance it even further:
What if you show signs of having the virus whilst at the properties
If you show any signs of having the virus then you must immediately go and get tested by contacting
The result must be shown to us.
If positive, you will need to leave if any Member of your party can drive you. If that is not possible and you have to self-isolate at the property, then you will be have to pay for all bookings that have to be cancelled as a result and extra stay costs that you inccur. We will need you to provide, names, telephone numbers and email addresses of everyone in the party, so that we can pass this onto the NHS if it is required.
This information will not be used for any other purpose. This must be provided at the point of arrival or before.
Remember the best way to stay safe is to regularly wash hands thoroughly, socially distance & wear a mask particularly in crowded areas and other required locations.

Here are just some of the items that we already do in in our cleaning regime pre Covid-19 and newly added items:
All door handles, light switches power sockets, tv remote control, hairdryer and plugs are all wiped with antibacterial wipes.
All crockery, cutlery, pots and pans will have been thoroughly washed at a suitable temperature not just used items, this is already part of our normal cleaning regime.
All kitchen work surfaces are sprayed with anti bacterial spray.
All other surfaces, where practical, i.e Sofas, side tables, kithchen chairs & table are wiped over with anti bacterial wipes.
As always with our normal cleaning regime, mattress and pillow protectors will be changed and all bed linen, hand towels, bath towels etc will all be fresh.
Patio door keys will be sprayed with antibacterial spray as will front doors keys and the front door handle wiped, prior to your arrival.
We will as usual provide complimentary soap and hair shampoo, these are sealed items, and a new addition there is a 50ml sealed tube of Anti Bacterial Hand Gel which you are welcome to take home with you. We also recommend that you bring your own favourite sanitiser with you from home.
We normally ensure that there are boxes of tissues in the property. These boxes will be replaced with unopened packets and at the end of your stay please take them with you.
The collection of the where to go leaflets are rotated out and a new selection put in for a new arrival.
The square cushions and throws are sprayed with Anti Bacterial Spray.
Whilst the list is not exhaustive it gives you an indication of just how seriously we take everyones health and well being.
Clearly the new norm for all of us moving forward is going to be different for some time to come but we will all slowly and carefully move forward together
